The Model 060 miniature pressure transducer is the ultimate in pressure sensor miniaturization. It is designed for critical biological or medical applications where an absolute minimum intrusion volume is required, and is the smallest pressure sensor commercially available today. This transducers utilizes a 350 ohm foil strain gage carefully attached to the substrate for maximum stability. It is furnished with 1.0 meter 3 conductor #36 stranded copper lead wire, Teflon coated. Model 060 is also made in stainless steel with slightly different pressure ranges as shown in the tables below. Stainless steel units are mostly used in biomedical and biological applications .

The Model 105 transducer is similar in shape to the Model 060, but it is designed to provide a rugged yet very small sensor which is low enough in cost so that it can be used in applications where a number of pressure readings are desired, or applications were a transducer is to be permanently embedded in another material. It is furnished with 1 meter of 3 conductor #36 stranded copper lead wire and is a 350 ohm quarter bridge design with gage characteristics matched to the substrate. Both beryllium copper and stainless steel versions are available. Dimensions vary depending on the pressure range. Details are given in the tables below.

The model 147 uses a sensing diaphragm built into the end of a 5 mm machine screw. It uses a 350 ohm half bridge configuration, which gives excellent temperature compensation up to 300°F. The body of the transducer is furnished with a female connector, while the shielded cable is attached with mating male connector and 2 meters of Teflon coated wire. The transducer is normally used by screwing it into a tapped hole, after which the cable may be connected and the readings taken. The transducer can be removed and positioned in a number of different locations as needed. Model 147F uses the same external design but is configured as a full bridge and so produces substantially more voltage output and better transient and short term temperature compensation characteristics.

The model 210 is similar in overall design to the Model 147, but is housed in a 5/16-24 threaded bolt. The end of the threaded portion is a sensitive diaphragm face using a 350 Ohm full bridge as a strain sensing element. Due to large output from the full bridge and its good temperature compensation, this model is best suited for applications where a range of temperatures may be encountered, or small increments of pressure must be measured.

Model 210 is well-suited to low pressure measurements, and full pressure calibration is furnished. For service at variable temperatures, model 210T should be specified since it is the same as Model 210 mechanically but now is also furnished with thermal output curves as well as the usual pressure calibration data, so that temperature corrections can be made to the pressure data.
